As a contribution to the efforts of the State of Senegal within the promotion of excellence, the Institute for Health Research, Epidemiological Surveillance and Training (IRESSEF) generously offered COVID -19 tests to more than 20 new high school graduates, ranked among the best of the year 2020.
Karène, Ababacar, Mouhamadou Bamba and Ababacar Fofana among others are the best high school students in Senegal this year with an average mark of 17/20 at the baccalaureate exams. They magnified the gesture of Professor Souleymane Mboup for these free tests.
For IRESSEF, offering free tests to young students who will soon integrate foreign universities is a way to promote excellence but also to support the State of Senegal in within that framework.
Through this initiative, Professor Mboup also wanted to make these young people be cognizant of the fact in Senegal, there is a high profile and globally recognized institution where they can develop professionally upon their return.
IRESSEF is part of the health facilities selected by the State of Senegal to perform Coronavirus tests.
