BACTERIOLOGY

IRESSEF’s Medical Analysis Laboratory starts its activities
bacteriology that are:

• 1-Cytobacteriological examination of ECBU urine
  stool
• 2-Cytobacteriological examination of cerebrospinal fluid
  Blood culture
• 3-Bacteriological examination of genital specimens and the search for
• Mycoplasma and Chlamydiae
• 4-Cytobacteriological examination of samples of pus and fluids
  punctures (pleural fluid, ascites fluid, joint fluid …)
• 5-Bacterial serology

The detection of microorganisms particularly resistant to
antibiotics (MRSA, VRE, ESBL … etc)
The routine realization of tests based on biology techniques
for the detection, diagnosis and monitoring of pathologies
infectious diseases (HIV, HCV, HBV, C trachomatis, N gonorrhoae etc.) as well as
spermiology are under development.
